Service

BossOps provides tools for invoice review, product price tracking, recipe records, stock counts and margin visibility. Some workforce and automation features may be released as beta features before they are generally available.

User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for checking imported invoice, product and recipe data before approving it or relying on it.
• Users must keep account credentials secure and only upload files they are permitted to process.
• Users should verify tax, accounting and menu-pricing decisions with appropriate professionals.

Billing

BossOps is sold by employee-count tier. The current offer includes food cost control, rota and labour control, payroll exports, recipe GP control, supplier price tracking, staff app access and operator insights, subject to fair use and platform limits.
