BossOps helps hospitality operators track supplier invoices, product costs, recipe costs and margin alerts.
Information We Collect
- Account and team information such as name, business name and email address.
- Supplier, product, invoice, recipe, rota, attendance, leave, stock and order information entered or uploaded by users.
- Photos or files selected for invoice and recipe review.
- Usage and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, calculate costs, process uploads, show alerts, support billing and respond to support requests. Imported invoice and recipe data should be reviewed by a user before it is relied on for business decisions.
Camera and Photos
The mobile app requests camera or photo-library access only when a user chooses to upload or photograph an invoice or recipe. Users can deny access and continue entering information manually.
Sharing
We do not sell customer data. We may use service providers for hosting, payments, analytics, file storage, support and document processing under appropriate contractual controls.
Customer Controls
Customers can request access, correction, export or deletion of their account data by contacting the privacy address below. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security or billing reasons.
Retention
Business records are retained while the account is active unless deletion is requested or legal obligations require otherwise.
